If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 5 days of receiving your items to arrange a return or exchange.

For Items Purchased Directly:

  • If bought from KEYLIME retail store or website, contact us for authorization.
  • Return items in perfect, new condition with original tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration won't be refunded.
  • Quality issues within 30 days qualify for exchange or store credit.
  • Provide proof of purchase – original store receipt or official email invoice.
  • Non-refundable purchase shipping fees; a $10 restocking fee applies.
  • Exchange shipping fee: $9.99.
  • Initiating return after 5 days? Eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Refund Process:

  • Refund in original form of payment within 7 business days upon receipt.
  • Notify via email when the refund is processed.
  • Banking institutions may require additional days to post the transaction.

KEYLIME Gear Durability:

  • Majority designed to withstand five years of intended use.
  • Bras, socks, and intimates recommended for replacement every few years.

Quality Concerns:

  • Bring/send the garment to the Sherwood Park location or your KEYLIME Rep.
  • Quality issues within 30 days eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • Quality issues include stitch unraveling, broken snaps/zippers, logos falling off.
